oil < water

the 'shoe' is one in a series of daily oil studies i was doing a while ago. the 'other' painting (6ft. x 8 ft.) is an attempt at treating a large painting in the same way that i treat my sketchbooks, acting intuitively lying image next to image...letting it happen.
